Refund Policy
15-Day Return Policy
You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, contact us at sheepdogs@velvetantlermgmt.com. Returns should be sent to: Velvet Antler MGMT, PO Box 20005, Toronto RPO Lansdowne, Toronto, ON M6K 1G0.
Return Shipping
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Unless the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Non-Receipt of Returns
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned (e.g., perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For merchandise shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Conditions apply as stated above.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, processing time by banks or credit card companies may vary.
